Paradise Bay is located on the north-west coast of Malta. There are only a few hundred metres to the town Cirkewwa, from which there is a ferry to Gozo.

The beach in general
Paradise Bay is one of the smallest, but also most beautiful beaches in Malta, so the name of the beach is very appropriate.

The beach is located in a lovely bay surrounded by low rocks. The sand is bright and fine-grained. The water is crystal clear with the most beautiful turquoise shades.

Paradise Bay has all the required facilities, including sun lounges, sunshades, showers and toilets. There is even a mini market.

Cars can be parked a few minutes' walk from the beach. There is a long, but well-preserved flight of steps leading down to the beach. On the way down, there is plenty opportunity to take some beautiful photos.

The beach is child-friendly. The sand is good to play in and the water is usually calm. Note, however, that the steps make it difficult to bring baby prams etc.

Water sports activities
It is possible to rent water bikes and sea kayaks to go see the locality from the seaside.

Beach restaurants
There are two restaurants behind the beach. Both of them have an excellent view of Paradise Bay.

Nearby holiday resorts
Paradise Bay is located only a few kilometres from the large holiday resort Mellieha. Here there are many hotels, restaurants and shops.

If you would like to stay in more quiet surroundings, the 4-star hotel Riviera Resort and Spa is located just one kilometre from Paradise Bay.
